    With a choice of ranch style (horizontal) or vertical (150mm and 300mm styles), Elite's uPVC skirting is available in the same full range of colours and finishes as the balustrade – providing the perfect match to complete your installation.

    Skirting can be configured to fit different shapes, sizes and plots, on flat or sloping ground, and is an attractive way to hide away any unsightly services to your holiday home. Access to services can be facilitated with hinged and latched doors, and you could even add an outside tap to water your plants.

    Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

     

    RETURNS

     

    All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

     

    RETURN PROCESS

     

    To return an item, please email customer service at elitedecking@hotmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

    Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

     

    REFUNDS

     

    After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

  • DELIVERY INFO

    Due to current Covid - 19 conditions, we are enforcing a strict, and safe, click and collect option. All orders will need to be collecterd from Unit 2, Glan Morfa Industrial Estate, Marsh Road, Rhyl, LL18 3RG. North Wales.

    Once an order has been recieved, please allow Elite Decking 2-3 Business days to ensure your products are ready. 

    Once restrictions have been lifted, we will revert back to our normal U.K only delivery options.
